Assessment

I will visit your property in person, develop a strategy based on your requirements and my local recommendations.

Preparation

I will create a timeline for our agreed target date, support on de-clutter and bring in the relevant tradespeople to support the project.

Co-ordination

I will ensure that all work is complete for you on time, within your budget and I will be there at the property to fully co-ordinate for you.

Staging & Styling

I will use your current pieces with the addition of mine, tailored to your home and our target buyer.

Photography Ready

I will work with the estate agent and their photography team to do final styling to get your home looking its very best.

Vacant or Occupied properties

I can work with a property that you are currently living in, or transform an empty space for potential for buyers or renters.
