Most staging is furniture rental with a touch of styling, mine isn't.
I assess your property, coordinate any pre-sale preparation needed such as repainting, repairs, minor works and then design and style using your existing pieces, source what's missing, and make sure every room photographs beautifully.

Assessment
I will visit your property in person, develop a strategy based on your requirements and my local recommendations.
Preparation
I will create a timeline for our agreed target date, support on de-clutter and bring in the relevant tradespeople to support the project.
Co-ordination

I will ensure that all work is complete for you on time, within your budget and I will be there at the property to fully co-ordinate for you.
Staging & Styling
I will use your current pieces with the addition of mine, tailored to your home and our target buyer.
Photography Ready

Vacant or Occupied properties
